●  1 cup of yogurt of your choice

●  1/2 cup of mixed berries or fruit of your choice (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

●  1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

●  1 tablespoon of chia seeds

●  Optional: peanut/almond butter, nuts, seeds, or granola-dried fruits for topping

2.) Nut Butter Toast


●  2 slices of whole-grain bread

●  2 tablespoons of peanut butter

●  1 banana, sliced

●  1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

●  A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

●  2 almond flour tortillas

sour cream), cilantro
