A few weeks ago, I noticed my skin was breaking out, and I couldn’t figure out why. This highlighter always gives me the best glow without harming my skin. I like to apply it under my eyebrows, the highest point of my cheekbones, above the cupid’s bow, and in the inner part of my eyes.
