The sober lifestyle is increasingly becoming more and more popular and this is a point we can get behind! Tired of feeling hungover, and anxious, but feeling like you need to have a drink in hand to fit in? We know how hard it can be to say no to a drink when in a culture where drinking is celebrated. Luckily, MUUZ has tried and tested out our favorite non-alcoholic beverages to help you feel like a part of the party. (These are not sponsored, they’re just that good!)

Created by Miss Bella Hadid. Kin is one of my favorite non-alcoholic beverages on the market. It tastes fresh, fruity, and is infused with adaptogens, nootropics, and botanics like Schisandra, Damiana, and L-Theanine to awaken passion, conjure a calmer mind, and unlock heart-opening joy any time of day. The brand contains drinks for every occasion such as “Kin Bloom” for social settings, and “Lightwave” for a stress-free nightcap.

2. Aplós

Think of a warm summer night with friends laughing around the dinner table as the sun is setting. Aplós is exactly just that. With over 50 different recipes, you can make a drink for just about any occasion. My personal favorite is “Love in Low Light.” Aplós has two options: Calme, and Arise. Calme contains broad-spectrum hemp that helps create a gentle, calming feeling after a serving or two. Arise contains a proprietary blend of adaptogens formulated to elevate mood, stimulate brain function and boost energy.

3. De Soi

Founded by Katy Perry and Morgan McLachlan, De Soi is bubbly and delicious, and doesn’t get in the way of early mornings and long nights. It’s truly fun to sip on, allowing us to feel present and engaged while taking the lead. Inspired by the French ethos of pleasure and restraint, De Soi is a range of non-alcoholic apéritifs made with natural adaptogens. De Soi carries a variety of lively flavors such as citrus yuzu in Golden Hour or strawberry and grapefruit in Champignon Dreams.
