Listen to a Podcast or Audiobook

Expand your knowledge or enjoy a relaxing audio experience. Whether it’s a self-improvement podcast, a gripping true crime series, or an inspiring audiobook, there’s something for everyone.

I personally enjoy listening to Alex Cooper or Mel Robbins. Podcasts are great for multitasking — you can listen while cleaning, commuting, or going for a walk.

Try a New Recipe

Explore different cuisines and enjoy the process of cooking. Not only will you create something delicious, but you’ll also gain confidence in the kitchen. If you don't like to cook, you can try baking cookies or a recipe you saw on TikTok. Ever since I started living alone, I look forward to trying new meals every night.

Spend Time in Nature

Take a walk in a nearby park, visit a botanical garden, or relax by the beach. Being in nature is a proven stress reliever and can boost your mood. I love going to Hyde Park or just taking a walk with some relaxing music or a podcast. Spending time outdoors also provides an opportunity to practice mindfulness and appreciate the beauty around you.

Learn a New Language

Challenge yourself by picking up a new language. Apps and online resources make it easy to get started, and you’ll gain a valuable skill while expanding your worldview. I am currently

learning Spanish! Engaging with a new language opens up opportunities for cultural

understanding, travel, and even making new friends from around the world.
