It has been such an amazing few months. Whether you were traveling, hanging out with friends, or just taking some time to yourself, it’s definitely hard to let those pleasures go.
1. Have things to look forward to
I’m so grateful to have traveled a bit this summer. Planning and getting ready for those trips was the BEST feeling! I decided to see if my friends wanted to go on a trip during our winter break, so we have something to get excited about. Any type of outing or special event could really help ease those summer blues.
2. New season = new clothes
Ever since I was a little girl, I loved going back-to-school shopping, but I’m not talking about buying pencils and notebooks. I loved going to the mall with my mom and buying a few new pieces for the cooler weather. If you love shopping, it’s the best excuse to head to the mall or buy those items in your cart.
3. Don’t forget the best parts
I feel like once I’m in summer mode, it’s so hard to think about all the positive sides of fall. I forget all my favorite parts. Starbucks fall drinks. Halloween. Apple picking. Thanksgiving. Just to name a few of my favorites, but there is so much more to look forward to!
Try to think on the bright side! (Even if the sun isn’t shining as much) :)
