The Frye Campus boot just refuses to sit out a season. For the past few years, they’ve been the ultimate it girl staple once the weather shifts, being paired with denim skirts, oversized knits, and every kind of coat. This time around, as yellow has continued to trend, the “banana” color has been the most wanted shade, showing up everywhere. The only catch? They’re $400-plus pricey – the kind of price tag that makes you want to start hunting for a dupe. Here are the pairs giving Frye without costing you more than $100.
I’d literally never heard of Only Maker before coming across these, but now I’m obsessed. At $80, it’s the priciest option on this list, but also one of the most spot-on Frye dupes I’ve seen in terms of color and design. The yellow shade is almost identical to Frye’s “banana” color – the exact one dominating everyone’s feeds right now, and the chunky 2 inch heel is just barely taller than the Frye Campus.

Sometimes the best dupes are hiding in plain sight on Amazon. Under $75, 4.4 stars, and most reviewers calling them a great Frye dupe. The “banana” shade, just like Frye’s own, is nearly on point, and the square toe with a 2.1 inch low block heel really gives that signature vintage vibe. There’s tons of other colors to choose from too!

These trucker knee boots from ASOS aren’t exactly the closest Frye dupe – they have more of a rounded toe and sit a bit lower on the leg, but I still wanted to include them. The warm camel color and relaxed silhouette just feel right for the upcoming fall season. If you’re into the Frye vibe, but looking for something slightly different, these might give you the energy without being an exact match.

Walmart wouldn’t usually be the first place you’d think to look for shoes, but this pair proves it’s worth checking out. This is the most budget friendly option on the list, and while it’s not an exact Frye Campus dupe, it still gives what it’s supposed to. The soft faux leather in “honey” and block heel make it an everyday comfy boot, and the subtle embroidery detailing adds a unique touch. Go for this option if you really want to keep things easy on your wallet without sacrificing style!
If the Frye Campus boots are on your mind but not your budget, these options let you get the look without the stress. Now, all that’s left is for you to pick your fav and get ready for fall!
